Jun 03, 2020 · If you used Time Machine to create a backup of your Mac, you can restore your files from that backup or a local snapshot on your startup disk. You might want to restore your files after the originals were deleted from your Mac, or the hard disk (or SSD) in your Mac was erased or replaced, such as during a repair.

The Setting up the Time Capsule was easy. I now got it up and running with my Mac, but connecting it to my Windows computer is a different story. I just won't connect!

The Apple Time Capsule seemed like a great idea when it was unveiled about a decade ago. It was a Time Machine network backup target that also embedded a Wi-Fi gateway and ethernet sharing.
Well, I've just bought a Apple Time Capsule 2TB because I needed some extra storage and my previous router(a Dlink) didn't work too well with my Mac. The Setting up the Time Capsule was easy. I now got it up and running with my Mac, but connecting it to my Windows computer is a different story. I just won't connect!
