May 21, 2013 · hey so my girlfriend and I have my Xbox One and a Netflix account under our names, but I have my Xbox 360 to my parents for a better Netflix experience than their awful DVD player, so I logged in on the Xbox 360 under my gamertag that was still on the 360 and logged in on their Netflix account. Today I tried using NetFlix for the first time since the update, and it would not work (nw-1-19 error). I went to NetFlix support, and it advised that I delete the app and redownload it. But since I do not have an Xbox LIVE account anymore, I cannot browse the app store. And since I cannot browse the app store, I cannot redownload NetFlix.
