Recently, I can't load youtube every now and then on IE browser. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. This has never happened before. I double-checked my own connection with other websites and everything is fine. Netflix, YouTube to slow down streaming so internet won't overload. Apple and Amazon Prime Video are doing the same.
